I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were just the right size, incredibly comfortable, meticulously clean, and offered a great view. While I can only speak for the industrial-style rooms I stayed in, they had a minimalist feel that I found quite appealing. However, I did wish for some additional organization features like luggage racks. The service was a mix of average customer care, with instances of bins full of laundry and bustling kitchen staff, but overall they were friendly and well-prepared for our visit. The location was superb, close to public transportation and surrounded by trendy restaurants and bars. Although I had to request ear plugs, the vibrant atmosphere of Wicker Park was ideal for exploring nearby attractions and dining at vegan-friendly restaurants. Dining at the on-site Robey Caffe provided a pleasant experience in a charming setting, though it could be improved for the price. The facilities were satisfactory, catering to my basic needs during my stay.
